RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

• All sales are final.  We ONLY accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
• Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 14 days of the order date.  Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
• We pride ourselves in perfection, so please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve our services to you.
